What are the minimum requirements to apply?
Three things: 3 months in business, 3 months of business bank statements, and $10,000 in monthly revenue.
What documents do I need to upload?
Your 3 most recent business bank statements, a completed application, a voided check for your business bank account, and a government-issued ID. See the full document checklist.
Will a low credit score hurt my chances of approval?
A lower score may limit your options, but we can still help facilitate financing. Many programs weigh revenue, deposits, and time in business more heavily than credit score — see our 650 credit score guide.
I prefer not to take phone calls. Can I text instead?
Yes — texting is available. You'll also get a dedicated account manager for personalized service throughout the process.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Compensation exists for referred clients who receive financing, varying case by case. Contact us for details.

How do I check my application status?

Can I substitute something else for business bank statements?
No. Personal statements, tax returns, or receipts cannot substitute for business bank statements.

How fast will I receive approved funds?
An estimated 24–72 hours after documentation is received and reviewed, depending on the product and funding partner. See real funding timelines by program.
Does the short form affect my credit?
No. Submitting the short form does not pull credit. If you continue into a full application, lenders may perform credit checks as part of underwriting.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Avoid anyone who promises guaranteed approval. Approval, amount, rate, repayment, and terms depend on lender underwriting and applicant information.

What's the maximum loan term available?
Terms run up to 25 years where applicable, depending on the product.
Do you fund startups?
No — we require at least 3 months in business — though some of our partners assist startups.

When are payments due?
Timing depends on your approved structure. Daily payments typically begin the next business day; weekly payments typically begin within a week plus one day.
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No. Early payoff discounts may even be available depending on the funding partner.
Are monthly payment options available?
Yes, though monthly payments are typically reserved for higher-qualifying applicants.
What if I can't make payments due to hardship?
Contact us right away. Payments may be temporarily reduced during cash-flow difficulties, depending on your agreement and funding partner.
